In 2013, husband and wife duo Mark Falgout and Nicole Le Blanc purchased what is now Warehouse 535. Over the course of two years, they diligently worked on restoring the building making sure to honor and highlight its good bones. What originally served as Dudley Le Blanc’s Hadacol storage warehouse was eventually transformed into Lafayette’s most special gathering space.
